The South Dakota Tennis Association was founded in 1998 with its purpose to promote tennis in South Dakota. The SDTA is a member organization of the United States Tennis Association.  Every community in South Dakota is eligible for membership.  Current member communities include:  Aberdeen, Brookings, Huron, Madison, Milbank, Mitchell, Mobridge, Pierre, Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Spearfish, Watertown, and Yankton.

S.F. Washington, Tieszen Wins S.D. State Titles

Sioux Falls Washington won the team title at the 2012 Boys South Dakota State High School Tournament in Rapid City, S.D. Washington was first with 713 points, followed by Sioux Falls O’Gorman with 565.5 and Watertown with 488. Washington won six of nine flight championships as South Dakota declares champions in six singles flights and three doubles divisions. Read More

Help Save High School Tennis in Vermillion

Come one, come all and help save high school tennis in Vermillion by playing June 29-July 1 in a fundraising tournament. There will be both junior and adult events, with all proceeds from the event going towards saving the high school tennis programs in Vermillion. Read More
